Ekotekt Wins at the PropTech Startup Europe Realty Awards 2024!
We are thrilled to announce that Ekotekt has been recognized as one of the top 13 category winners at the prestigious PropTech Startup Europe Realty Awards 2024. This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone in our journey to revolutionize the construction industry with sustainable, 3D-printed solutions.
The PropTech Startup Europe Realty Awards, organized by the European PropTech Association and FINNOVA Foundation, is Europe’s largest PropTech and ConTech competition, with the support of the European Commission and other major European institutions. With over 400 applicants, Ekotekt was selected as a standout innovator for our work in sustainable construction, particularly through our pioneering use of hempcrete and digital fabrication technologies.
The two-day event, held at Realty Belgium, provided an incredible platform to pitch in front of key decision-makers and industry leaders. We were inspired by insightful keynote sessions delivered by Stefan Moser, Deputy Director-General of DG Energy, and Pieter Staelens, Policy Officer of DG Grow, addressing the future of sustainable real estate, circularity, and retrofitting within the EU.
We owe a huge thanks to Dirk Paelinck, Chairman of the European PropTech Association, for leading this inspiring event, as well as the 70 jury members who evaluated all submissions.
